Yeah sure, Dean. That sounds like the ultimate Easy Street fantasy, but that’s got to be hype if I’ve ever heard it.
You’re right, and I hate hype as much as anybody, but in this case it’s true. And it’s scientific. When you get good, restfull sleep more of the hormones that govern hunger and insulin resistance are secreted and come into balance. When that happens, your body can better regulate fat.
